The meters can be used everywhere where pipe walls and the fluid flowing in the pipe are acoustically transmissive. 
The flowmeters of the FLUXUS ® ADM series have been proven a thousandfold and work according to the transit time difference correlation method. Since ultrasounds propagate in solids, the transducers can be mounted onto the pipe outer wall. 
The advantages of the technology are evident. With the Clamp-On technique, no cutting of the pipe work is necessary. The non-intrusive measurement of energy flow and energy is also a task that can be easily accomplished with the FLUXUS® flowmeters. 
Until now, flow measurement at high temperatures was a problem. With the new patented FLEXIM WaveInjector®, this now belongs to the past; flow measurement up to 400°C is no longer a problem, even in explosive zones. FLEXIM is one of the pioneers in the domain of non-intrusive, ultrasonic flow measurement of gas. All the advantages of the clamp-on technology can be used here as well. |
